Owner - Cat/Dog Groomer
Crystal Labelle
A dedicated equestrian, pet groomer and animal lover Crystal grew up on a hobby farm and always knew she would end up in a career working with animals.
Crystal is an honour roll graduate with a Business-Accounting Diploma from St Lawrence College. She took her business knowledge and combined it with her passion for animals and opened her own business in 2015.
Having almost 20 years experience grooming and handling all different dog and cat breeds and temperaments, Crystal can often make nervous pets feel completely at ease.
In her spare time, Crystal is a busy mom of three and thoroughly enjoys riding in the sport of dressage with her horse Teddy.

Arden Giblin
Arden has been fortunate to grow up around animals, which has fostered a deep love and appreciation for them. She is the proud owner of a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Roxxi, who has inspired her passion for dog nutrition, enrichment and sports.
Arden is thrilled to join the team and help pamper and spoil all the fur babies that walk through the door. She wants to treat them all with the same care and affection she give to her own.
Arden can’t wait to meet new clients and their pups and make them feel as loved and special as they truly are!

Keden Kouri
Keden is a wonderfully talented groomer with a lifelong love for animals of all kinds. Working with dogs has always felt like the perfect fit for Keden, always focusing on creating a safe, calm, and positive experience for every dog.
Keden’s journey into grooming began with his Goldendoodle who helped discover how rewarding this work truly is. Working as a groomer for four years, Keden has all the ingredients to be the perfect groomer for your dog and make your pet feel loved and right at home.

Eliane Orsali
Elaine has been around animals her entire life and currently own two cats and a horse. Being a dedicated horse girl, she has a natural gift working with animals, and dogs just fall in love with her!
When Eliane was 13 years old, she started working as barn staff and horse show groom in private horse barns around the Ottawa area.
In her personal time, Eliane is studying in the Business program at La Cité. She also competes in the Trillium hunter jumper silver series at Wesley clover parks with her horse Tanaquil. And, she absolutely loves spending time with her family.

Shawn Labelle
Shawn is Crystal's husband and she couldn't do this without him! He is responsible for building the beautiful spa experience for all the furry friends that come to be pampered.
An absolute valued part of my team. Repairman, plumber, electrical, this guy does it all including being an amazing dad and wonderful loving husband.
His full time career is working for the City of Ottawa as a Project Manager. In his spare time he loves to hunt, fish and spend time with family.
